In Spain in Primary schools , the teachers have some activities to make the students relax. Generally they listen to music to relax so they can concentrate better and solve their problems and troubles easily. Also they listen to music too after the lunch.
In each classroom there is a chosen student who is responsible for taking notes in the classroom. His notes are about the students who have problems and troubles among them. They try to solve these problems .ıf they can not ,they talk to their teachers to find a way .
Another method they use in their classroom is to give a short message to their desk mate. So they feel better and they are open, they can talk about values better. These methods work well and they have better academic success.

In Bulgaria They have no Values education on their curriculum so they give the values educati,on informally. For example they have a student council in their school and they plan activities here . – they have some activities on their national days (Botev’s Day) -Learning Folk dances -Some charity activities to help poor people -Planting trees -Celebrating European day -Human and children rights -About respect and tolerance activities -Sport competitions -Trips -Giving chance to the students to be the headmaster/mayor etc. for a day and see what they can do
In Slovakia Values education is in the curriculum as civil citizenship and ethics.
In Poland Values Education is a compulsory subject and 2 hours in a week. Generally it is given under the 2 ideas. ( Culture & ethics education / Emotional education )Students generally visit other schools and they help the younger students
